Hi! Welcome to Abigail Nutrition. I am a practicing dietitian and food & nutrition consultant. I help my clients obtain a healthier and sustainable lifestyle! My clients get control of their weight and health while living their best lives. I get it; we are all constantly bombarded with different diets and workouts that guarantee weight loss or health cures. Most of the time, they lead to feeling overwhelmed, cyclical dieting and feeling deprived. With my help, you can learn how to put an end to your health struggles and start to look and feel your best!

Abigail earned her undergraduate degree in psychology and communications from Lehigh University. She went on to complete her post-graduate degree at New York University where she studied both nutrition science and food studies. There, she completed her Dietetic Internship with rigorous clinical rotations at Mount Sinai Hospital. She went on to obtain her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University and graduated with distinction. Abigail worked as a Senior Dietitian at Mount Sinai Hospital and provided Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients of all ages in various departments including neurology, neurosurgery ICU, general medicine, gastroenterology, oncology, and cardiology. She started the Ketogenic Diet clinic in the Mount Sinai Epilepsy Center. Abigail is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Greater Dietetics Association of New York, and Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.
Abigail lives in New York City where she enjoys pilates, tennis, and reading. She loves to experiment in the kitchen creating delicious and nutritious recipes as well as try new restaurants.
