I am a registered dietitian and I help my clients lose weight with a high fiber approach.  I believe that sustainable weight loss comes from eating nourishing foods, moving in a way that feels good, and making food fun!

I get it; we are all constantly bombarded with different diets and workouts that guarantee weight loss or health cures. Most of the time, they lead to feeling overwhelmed, cyclical dieting and feeling deprived. And with the added difficulty of travel, work, kids and a cosmopolitan lifestyle - knowing what and when to eat can be quite challenging.  With my help, you can learn a science based nutrition approach to health, wellness and weight management so you can start to look and feel your best.

As a realist, food lover and always on-the-go nutritionist, I believe that your food plan should fit your lifestyle. And with a virtual practice, I am able to see my clients from wherever they are at their convenience.  I became a dietitian because I saw first hand how important nutrition was for health and healing when a family member became critically ill when I was 16.  Prior to private practice, I worked at Mount Sinai Hospital and NYU Langone for 6 years and saw many different people with various medical conditions. I combine my scientific background with a real world every day life approach to help you look and feel your best today! I live in New York City with my husband where I enjoy pilates, golf, and reading.  I love to experiment in the kitchen creating delicious and nutritious high fiber recipes!
